Beet Hemp (Borscht) dip with broccoli for dinner t

Beet Hemp (Borscht) dip with broccoli for dinner tonight. 🥦🌶
I've been having the version if this delicious vegetable/greens dish for the past couple of months and love it!
Recipe:
1 mid size beet, peeled and roughly chopped
1 mid size zucchini, peeled and roughly chopped
3-4 red mini bell peppers
2 pitted dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
Juice of 1 mid size lime
1 garlic clove
1 heaping tsp unpasteurized miso paste
1 tbsp hemp seed, plus pinch for garnish.
Blend in Vitamix until smooth. Use as dip or dressing over a salad or zucchini noodles. ❤💚
Try carrots instead of beets and ginger in addition to garlic.
